Our family have been making hypoallergenic raw food for our own dogs for over 30 years, using only the highest grade foods, with our vets even having commented on how healthy they have been and sometimes surprised that we have kept them that way for much longer than they would ever expect. Our German Shepherds often live to 14 and beyond, the collies up to 22 years. We believe it is helped by their diet. Having tried many large commercial raw food producers since the late 1990s, our dogs always preferred the food we prepared at home. This is the main reasoning behind the decision to hand-blend all meals, rather than using large (and fast) industrial machinery.
